Quoted from Fatsquatch:If this turns out to be true, I'd love to know the names of these dillholes so that I can never consider them for future purchases.
Agreed. If they expect me to honor my part of the bargain, they'd better honor theirs.

Quoted from DCFAN:If this goes sour for many pre-order people, how will anybody feel comfortable pre-ordering any other game from Stern in the future?
I know I won't.
As someone who has never bought a NIB machine but would like very much to get a Star Trek LE, this is hardly good publicity for Stern. I don't want to put down a deposit, forgo buying other pins in the meantime, only to learn months later that my agreement with the distributor was rendered worthless. (And, yes, I know that I could wait and buy the premium. And, yes, I know that it is probably wiser to wait to play the game before buying it. Neither point is really at issue here.)
