That one is just down the street from me. You know prices are crazy when stuff like this is listed for $700, and they probably have multiple people trying to beat their door down to buy. It obviously spent some time outdoors in the rain. And that's mold. I like the condition "used-fair". Fair for firewood I guess.
With the parts available this could be made to look new if you wanted
