So, I am doing a complete restoration of a WH2O. I did a fish tales but one step further with all new switches on the WW. Any who, does it matter what direction the diode goes? Only reason I ask is because the lite grey ring on one side and when I bought them they were package with one side red tape the other white. This just got me thinking is all. Thanks.image.jpg

So, is there a way to know which direction? Or should I just pay attention to the original! Which might be difficult already because I did a few.
