I have a Diner Ramp which opens, but sometimes the pin goes off track, not long enough. Also does not close and goes click. ANy help?

If as Leeb18509 has suggested, it is a diverter ramp you meant. Then it's probably that the bushes /and or solenoid has worn and is allowing the diverter to scrap across the PF.

That and you'll need to check under the playfield to see if the mechanism is intact, screwed in, all parts there, etc. Check for free movement back and forth, coil wires securely soldered.
