Tomass - Does this help at all. I don't see any diode wired inline on my micro switch. The larger coil has two thicker yellow/solid-violet/stripe wires on the left lug and a violet/solid-yellow/stripe wire on the right. The small coil has two brown wires on the left and a small violet/solid-red/stripe wire on the right looking from the front of the cab to the back with the playfield up. Seems like your switch is broken and missing the actuator. Mine has one that goes forward and bends up at an angle to trigger the position.

So to summarize what I see different. You should take the second brown wire off the top coil and put it together with the other brown wire and then take the small violet/yellow wire and put that where the brown wire was.
