Looking at a Diner for purchase in need of work. I don't know enough to tell a major project from an easy fix. No keys so couldn't get any kind of look at boards or wiring or fuses.

Issues that jump out at start up are ball won't eject into shooter position and score displays don't light.

Playfield looks decent,plastics okay, ramps a bit foggy and yellowed.

So two questions I could use help on:

1) do the two problems I list sound like easy fixes or am I looking at big dollars? (My electronic ability is limited)
2) what is a reasonable price for a Non-working Diner in such condition?
