Hello fellow Diner owners, I’m looking for a little bit of help. You can see from the two photos of my ramp that the flexible hinge was repaired; and although functional, it is kind of cobbled together. So I would like to restore it back to one piece of spring steel sheet and riveted, but I don’t have any drawings or a reference to compare against.
Would you be able to help me by providing dimensions of the overall length of the spring steel strip, and the hole to hole spacing (or the distance between bracket and ramp)?

Hi BJM-Maxx, Thank you for the response, especially your advice to leave the ramp end long and then trim after a test fit.

I should let y’all know that I got a drawing for the spring steel part off of the Freeplay40 Ramps thread. In case anyone is interested...

I’m installing plastics, and there is a plastic that I don’t know where it goes. Does anyone recognize this plastic part?

Raised DINER and customer inserts in the middle of the playfield.

Bad solder joints. Reflow the header connector on the PWB.

I preordered on 3/13/18, and I have not received any email yet.

Maybe CPR had poor yields. It is a shame.

Blackbeard, take care the playfield doesn’t have raised “DINER” and customer inserts. Otherwise, fixing that will be the most important task of your shopout.
