My inserts are raised under the Mylar but my Mylar is in good shape, no wear spots. Anyway to tap them back down into the playfield without removing the mylar?

Two flashers in the upper left corner of the playfield aren’t lighting. They don’t work during the diagnostic testing. All the other flashers work.
I have replaced the bulbs so it’s not that.
Any suggestions of what to try next?
