I'm trying to remove the clock wheel/face from the motor shaft and this thing will not budge. I removed the set screw tho I almost broke my 1/16" hex key trying to get that thing out as it was really in there. I would assume at this point the clock wheel would just slide up with some pressure but I can't get the thing to budge. Looks like someone tried to remove it before me as a piece of the plastic shaft at the bottom is broken off.

Under the decal it feels like there is possibly a screw under it in the middle that is securing the clock wheel to the motor shaft and perhaps that is why it isn't coming off. In looking at the diagram in the manual it doesn't list one so I wouldn't think there would be one there but there is definitely something there as it's not flat.

Anyone ever run into this before?

Bump. Any have any experience/similar issues removing their clock face from the motor shaft?

I got this resolved. I managed to pull the disc up enough off the motor shaft that the clock face could spin freely. I literally had to step on the clock face and pull it up just enough to barely move it. Thought I was going to break it in half.

After doing so the motor could turn the clock face and it’s working great.
