I just moved in to my new place and set up my Deadpool Pro, only to find very significant playfield damage in the shooter lane. I was worried that this might be due to a dirty playfield, or worn balls - but both check out fine. My guess is that the coil power for the ball release (which was set to factory default) was enough to naturally do this kind of damage - so I turned it down to it’s minimum.
Turning the coil power down to its minimum doesn’t seem to make a difference - so I suggest everyone that owns a new Stern, especially if it’s routed, turns down the ball release coil power.
I’m really concerned about the playfield’s print flaking off as others have described in this thread - so I’m praying they do another run. Deadpool is such a great game.
