    Possibly cold solder joint on the rectifier board, bad pins male or female there, bad fuse clips, bad bridge rectifier. I'd concentrate on the rectifier board first, especially the pins as it's really common for the pins to get loose on the board - you should replace, but sometimes you can just resolder them (remove the old solder first)
