I have a 79 Bally Globe Trotters. Controlled lights work fine for about the first 3-5 minutes, nice and bright as they should be. Then they all get dim, about half the brightness. All still operate as they should, but just dim. Shut game off, and come back later and same issue. Any suggestions????

Possibly cold solder joint on the rectifier board, bad pins male or female there, bad fuse clips, bad bridge rectifier. I'd concentrate on the rectifier board first, especially the pins as it's really common for the pins to get loose on the board - you should replace, but sometimes you can just resolder them (remove the old solder first)

This is everything you should attack first.
Burned/fractured connections are always a good bet.
In "all lamps" test, the lamps will normally be dimmer than in game play. That's just a feature of Bally games from that era.
