Finally realized DILE theater has an LCD...LOL

Seriously under 100 games on it and realized not working.

With LTG's help I think I have isolated the culprit.

LCD shows a little at the top. If I remove VGB cable from either the Motherboard or back of LCD and replug it in when game is on it works perfectly.

Turn off game and turn back on and issue is back.

When I switch with the cable from phone, Theater works perfectly on the phone LCD but phone from graphic card doesn't.

So if this is confusing I think there is a problem with the board that is attached to the LCD at Theater.

Any thoughts!
