Is there a single reason why two of my score panels (3 and 4) would no longer be displaying the top right segment?

I have a friend with a Gorgar that does this for all 4 players sometimes, but it is not consistent.

Well, I metered all of the resistors and they look good. I reseated all of the moles plugs, nothing there. :/

I need to understand how to check that IC on the power board, or anything else in there. I’ll do some more searching tonight. I’m a little frustrated that it isn’t something simple.
