    I think Rarehero summed it up, and WISH John wasnt being such a Kellogg's product!
    really "what if", John were able to hand it over to Spooky for manufacturing so customers would GET?
    (but would anyone want to get involved with something so close to being branded fraud?)

    I have no idea how deep the financial rabbit holes really go or what -might- help to fix them, just feel something needs to happen SOON so customers finally get what they've paid and waited so long for.
    it's been so long now I dont see any reason at all another manufacturer couldnt contact EA Games for licensing-production of an "American McGee's Alice" pinball machine, has plenty of cool artwork and music ready to run with, game levels for ideas to develop modes from etc. something like that could about scrap an unrealized Zidware pretty quick, perhaps it's been begged at this point?
