A discussion in a different thread (about lift-up glass vs. slide-out glass) got me thinking ...
Many EMs had different names but kept the same theme for 1-player games and the multiplayer counterparts -- for example, Surfer & Surf Champ. This was also the case for many Replay vs. AAB games -- for example, Miss-O & Cue-T. This make perfect sense from a production standpoint; pretty much the same artwork, parts, etc., just minor differences.
However, there seem to be exceptions to this rule. I own a Sky Kings -- a skydiving theme ... but the multiplayer version is Champ -- a pinball competition theme. This has me wondering -- what other games are out there with completely different themes for the 1-player & multiplayer versions or Reply & AAB versions?
