My experience with them: Marco carries their WH2O chase lamp board. My old one was bad so I bought one. First one didn't work correctly, Marco and I both email Pindorabox for help. No response, so Marco mailed me another one (great service)--this one worked.

Per Marco Pinball, P-Box is still making boards--they just seem to suck at all things involving communication.

I have ordered directly from them with zero issues. The price on their website is in euro because they are in the UK.
Not everyone is in the states.

All they need to do is every time someone complains about communication, have about the same 10 people chime in and say “he travels a lot for his day job” and it makes it ok.
