Just opened my Star Trek pro and I can't find any evidence of a manufacture date on it.
On my Mustang it's on a white sticker on the back of the cabinet.
Can you decipher the date from the serial number?
The outer shipping box does have the current Stern address on it if that helps.

Found it.

They still put them on them. Just opened a GOTLE that had the date. But have seen NIB games without a date, maybe sticker fell off or they just forgot.

I just took delivery on a NIB ST Pro yesterday and found a white manufacture tag with date on the back of the pin, near the bottom and around the warning stickers.

Still have dates on them in same spot as your Mustang. As mentioned above its possible that your sticker fell off or Stern accidentally didn't put it on. Stern could likely give you the date it was built if you provide them your serial #.
