Quoted from Jgel:The right flipper is slowly floating up out of alignment.
One of two issues:
(1) It's still just not tight enough.
(2) The original flipper bat was used, and the shaft is worn.
My experience with old flipper bats is they are very hard to adjust, because they can have worn spots on the shafts that will cause them to shift. Most pronounced during installation, but I can see how it might happen over time as well.
Quoted from Jgel:The ball comes flying off it almost every game.
A professional IJ drop target tweaker will probably have a better answer for this, but my guess is this is the new normal; more powerful flippers will tend to result in more airballs.
