Actually it would probably be best to put one on the right front, and the other on the left rear. Don't worry about the other 2 legs, just toss them.

Yes you likely want the longer ones for the back.

Judging by the looks of those levelers, it may be easier to swap the legs. If you want to do it right, get new levelers.
You should have the 2" levelers on the front adjusted all the way in and 3" on the back adjusted approximately 3/4 out.

Don't worry about people giving you shit. Listen to LTG or buy new legs and levelers. Those look a little beat up.
