That's an ex-UK Machine. Note the pre-decimal 6d stamp on the coin plate and the later decimal 5p red price plate. The price per game effectively doubled. ( 6d was six pence or 2.5p in the new money. One shilling was 12 pence, or 5p.) 5p is actually 5 NEW pence, I.e decimal coinage.
So if that's a 1968 machine, and decimal coinage came in about 1970, it doubled in some 2 years! Only in the U.K...
