Hello!

We recently opened up a space with some Pins for the public to play. Dialed In from Jersey Jack is one of the machines we put in.

Prior to installing and setting up, it seemed to be working just fine. We just suddenly had an issue that, on the surface seems common, but we have yet to address the problem.

When pushing "Start" after putting in some credits, everything clicks over through the entire machine, as if a ball was stuck. After looking, we confirmed we only had 5 balls installed, and we have all of them in the trough. We believe it to be a trough issue, as no ball pops up into the starting lane. When running a test, it works fine and pops a ball up and out into the field. But, when using the start button, we get nothing that comes up. Just the clicking throughout the entire machine.

We are admittedly pretty new to this, and still learning a lot. We just aren't sure where to go next. Any help would be appreciated! Cheers!
