theater magnet will not release ball .... i have to shake the machine to get ball free. done magnet test ball would not release ....any help would be appreciated thanks

tried regular balls too did not release

turned off machine and ball still stuck to magnet

i put regular pinballs in same thing happens

mylar was the problem thank you pinside family
