When Bob's trap door is up the ball will sometimes hit the open trap door and not drop down to be returned into play. I can see the pinball looking up the left loop stuck in the trap door. When the pin starts to cycle to locate the ball the pinball will drop with a thud and hit the bottom of the cabinet. Major pain to take out glass lift playfield, find ball in the bottom of the cabinet and return it to the game. Any advice? FYI I purchased the pin NIB from Jersey Jack

It's not uncommon. I had DI for a couple of weeks. The trap door was never adjusted properly. This video shows what was wrong and what I did.

Might help you, but there was a post somewhere in the main DI thread that described your problem. See if the tab in the video is straight or curved.

If not, LTG can most likely help.

Thank you will see what I can do.

Thank you! My DI arrived this weekend and I was struggling to see how I would fix this mech. Using the tab I had it working in minutes!
