Picked up a DILE this morning. I have a lot to learn and read Without reading this whole thread (which I will) any quick tips for a new owner? This is my 1st JJP.
When I got mine it had Powerbladez, they are awesome and almost seem factory! I need to get another sub and others have said PinStadium is great as well. I wouldn't mind doing the led back box mod as it seems dark overall.
I received a replacement trap door from JJ and replaced it last week and all seemed fine but now the door is staying stuck open and i'm getting an error. I have checked it out and manually it closes fine. Any ideas on what to check/do? Thanks!
What would the issue be if the phone keeps going blank/black during gameplay? If I power down and start back it it starts working again but it's getting annoying
Mine has powerbladez, they are pretty awesome outside the scratches on them from the playfield when you lift it up / down so I could imagine mirror blades may be far worse in this situation. In either case regardless of how careful you are it's going to happen. I think you will be happy w/ DI it's awesome.
So..... i sent a ticket i about my smartphone issue (goes blank a lot) on 1-6-18 and no response as of now. Any ideas on how to get JJP tech to respond?

Same here, I still have not called JJP (as Lloyd has said to do) I did ticket so I will end up calling at some point unless they respond to the ticket.

Full disclosure I did not do what Lloyd said and just let it be. Now almost 30 days later and still no response about my phone. To my defense (which, really do i need to say that) I travel a lot for work and have played maybe an hour of DI since I put my ticket in on 1.6.19. I wonder why they have a system in place to do on-line tickets if you are going to ignore it? I'd rather be told to pound pavement than be ignored.
