Can someone explain to me the "story" of Dialed In (or link to it)? Guy finds a phone with special powers from Dialed In Electronics...
Quoted from LTG:Coil stop screwed on tight ? Tiny bit of up/down play on flipper bat ? If you remove the plunger assembly does it wiggle freely ? Coil sleeve cracked or broken ?
Spring looks good and pawl isn't catching on the EOS.
LTG : )
Thanks as always Lloyd for the quick reply, you're the best. The coil stop was screwed on tight, the plunger had some wiggle, I removed the coil, didn't see the sleeve cracked or broken. When I took it off, there is still resistance for some reason...

Quoted from nitrojcrawf:Does the flipper lift up from the playfield? Should move 1/16th of an inch sounds like to tight to the bushing
The flipper is not rubbing on the playfield, it is above it, doesn't have the up and down "play" or wiggle that the other ones do though if that makes sense...
Quoted from LTG:Does the flipper bat/shaft move up and down a tiny bit. So the pawl isn't binding on the nylon bushing the shaft rides in ?
LTG : )
It doesn't seem to move up and down at all.

How do I check this?
Back in business, thank you everyone!! It was sitting on the nylon bushing apparently. Odd that it just started doing this, but fixed now. Thanks again, I'm off to get to Showdown! (More realistically Chaos in QC )
