I just joined the club and love the game. I have my pitch set at 7.5 degrees. There are sometimes where I hit the right ramp really fast and the ball is going to fast that it will fly off the rails. This doesn’t happen that often. I put 3 washers at the end of the ramp and it’s helped. I also did this for the left ramp and it really helped. Has anyone else had this issue?

Quoted from FatPanda:

Where is it flying off? JJP has an airball guard that they will send you if it's flying off of the wireform on the left side, near the inlane. You just have to contact them about it.

That's where it's flying off at

My flap just busted on the Crazy Bobs trap door? Where can I get a placement at and any easy way to fix it without tearing stuff apart from above?

Quoted from LTG:

You can tear it apart from below. Lower the coils and bracket. Then undo the nuts holding the trap door end down. Put the playfield down. Then lift the playfield up and pull out and lean on the front of the cabinet. Then finagle your fingers in there to get the trap door out.
Once repaired or replaced. Reverse the procedure.
I put a thin nut in the bottom of the big coil so the plunger doesn't travel quite as far and snaps the metal flap off on the wireform above it.
LTG : )

Thank you. Did your flap break? Sounds like a common problem

Quoted from FatPanda:

My trap door flap just broke. I put in a ticket with JJP on their website. Does anyone know if they're still replacing these, or even if they have people on the other end working cases with COVID or the move to IL?
I've seen the fixes about adding washers to the coil to reduce the stroke. Has anyone trimmed the ramp flap to make it shorter so that it doesn't hit the wireform instead of the washers?

I just joined the club and it happened to me about 30 days of ownership. I’m the second owner but they told me they’d send me a new flap for v$10 plus shipping to rivet on or a new trap door with it installed for $28 plus shipping

Quoted from Pinkitten:

This game is such a masterpiece. This is my second DILE and I won’t let this one get away. So much better with the code update from late 2018. I sold mine just before that code was released. So many modes with Bob’s and Quantum Theater and Drones adding multiballs and other modes, in addition to like 11 disaster modes? Collecting 7 SIM cards may be like Valinor for me. I’ve collected 4, tops. Gorgeous game. The shots and flow are superior. Great combos. Still my fav JJP game by far.

Couldn't agree with you more or said it any better

Trying to upgrade fro 1.13 with a full install to 1.60 and I've followed JJP steps perfectly and no go I've even tried multiple USB sticks with no luck. The port recognizes the sticks but again no luck....does anyone have any thoughts?

Quoted from Mageek:

Make sure the stick is formatted Fat 32.

Yeah it was
