Dialed in is not booting up, after I turn it on it goes into power saving mode. On the left side of the board the top 5 fuse leds are not lit.

    Thank You

John, for me this was an issue with a small connector coming out of the PC - I am assuming they did not change setup until the most recent game.

I would use the steps like this

hit the reset button, and watch the PC fan if the machine does not boot.

So my signs were no Marque lit - ultimately the PC was not getting 5V to run the cooling fan so the CPU would not boot, the Fan would jog just a touch.

If the PC is booting for a 20 seconds but then reboots I would look at the ram being seated correctly... Thats the process I had for my WOZ that would not boot.

Also once again if the setup is the same get one of these before doing a ton on the game... I ended up purchasing a ton of expensive parts and made things worse but this tool got me started in the right direction amazon.com link »

the leds are lit with the door closed, the fan looks to be blowing at full power, sorry for the silly question but where is the reset button on the computer

Not at all - once again I have WOZ so you know things change but it was in the loom of wires, close to the center, the loom that also ran the center and had a label on it called Reset. You can follow it by looking at the CPU the reset on my board is located on the left side, it has 18 or so pins and only one connector is hooked up to it - to two pins - follow that wire. Reset might fix game but if not then I can't be of much help your having a different problem then I was at least with the one specific connector.
