I bought a used DILE from a distributor. When I set it up, I noticed the flashers from the QED guy were inop. In test mode, several gi lights were out as well. Then noticed a red LED on a light board as pictured. Turns out the board is bad. The distributor ordered a new one and I just installed it. All the LEDs on the board are green but none of the inserts or GI lighting is working. I double checked all connections and reinstalled the full code. Any suggestions?

I do. He did sell me the game. It (the new board) only took 4 weeks to get here.

Thanks, appreciate it. If you guys want the bad original one to refurbish, I'll send it in as well. Otherwise just going to end up in the trash.
