Every time I shoot the theater now it grabs the balls and then drops it to the flippers. The only time it doesn't grab the ball now is when there is no picture in the theater display. So 95% off the time the ball stops on the magnet then drops.

Anyone know how to troubleshoot this?

Please try going in to Tests - Devices - and set the magnet to -80 or -90

Thanks, for the quick response. When I set it to -80 it grabs the ball everytime for a second and now it sends it to the pop bumpers. So that is good.

Is that how it is suppose to work? I had thought when I played it that most the time it doesn't grab/stop the ball at all? I maybe wrong.

it's only supposed to grab the ball when there is something displayed in the theater screen. otherwise, it should feed to the upper right flipper. sounds like yours works fine.
