I am starting to get the impression that many of the guys here complaining about price are the same ones who buy NIB LE models and then post them on Ebay for a profit after LE are sold out.
9k is too much, but I will post my Metallica LE on ebay for 14k
Relax, if they don't sell they will cut corners and prices.
Pretty sure the Batman SLE all sold sight unseen and Stern makes you hang on to them. If there is big money to be made, it is only fair that the manufacturers make it. If you can't swallow that just stick to the classics.
