I have a Dialed in SE and I bought the official headphone jack from Jersey Jack. I installed it and it worked great. I have't played my Dial in for a couple weeks and when I went to play it the headphone jack didn't work when I booted up.

When I plug in headphones the sound does cut out from the external speakers like it is suppose to and if I turn the volume up on the headphone jack it adjust on the screen but no sound is coming through to the headphones. I have tried two different headphones and no luck.

I have the power cable hooked up by the coin door and I followed the long cable from the headphone jack to the motherboard in the coinbox and it is plugged in. I tried unplugging and plugging back in and no luck.

No idea do what do to. Anyone have any ideas?

If I Unplug the audio cable (green jack) from the audio out of the game and plug in the headphones directly the audio does go to the headphones.

If I plug a headphone jack into that Greenport I get no audio. Am I supposed to get audio?

That bottom right port is where I have the headphone jack plugged into which runs to the coin door.

If I turn the headphone jack audio to maximum I actually hear the sound coming from the external speakers very faintly. Not sure if that’s normal or not .
