Loosen the two security torx screws, one on each side of the Jersey Jack plaque. Those two screws hold the speaker bar in place. Don't remove them but they are pretty long so you can loosen quite a bit. That will allow more movement of the glass. If you haven't been able to turn the lock that should allow it and then you should be able to get the glass out. Worse case you can remove both screws and the speaker bar will come out of the machine and then the glass will be able to be removed. If you do take it off there are two connectors, one for each speaker and the bar can be totally removed. Just be careful and not let your glass fall if you take the speaker bar off first.
