Quoted from eggbert52:

Just spoke to Frank this morning. I am already having issues with my rubber rings splitting and have requested a new rubber kit for the playfield. The rubbers so far are located above the right flipper and below the drones. The out lane post top rubber totally ripped and I can see the rubber below the drones under the plastic piece about to go. I've maybe put 20 games on the machine.
Gonna have to shut her down until I get the new rubber kit.

Are they using the Pinballlife white rubber (marked with a "PL")?
I would switch to TITANs if I had the game.

Quoted from PinMonk:

I'd be surprised if they were not getting it direct instead of buying from a dist.
Titan looks nice, but too dead. White rubber is the right choice for energetic gameplay. But Marco Specialties has the best white rubber I've used, hands down.

Titans are not that much different from white rubber, similar to red rubber. Superbands are the low/dead bounce substitute similar to old black rubber.

I want to order the below for both CCC, Congo, and Dialed In as soon as possible. Whatever the best ones you recommend and thanks so much for your help. I know the Congo ones are black but just took a picture to give you the idea on which ones as I don't know which size that is (5/16? 7/16?). See below and thanks again.

It should have some writing (size and manufacturer identification) on the rubber. If it is too small to read you can take a picture of it with your cell phone and then zoom in to read.

Take a rubber off the game and take a picture of both sides. One side should have writing on it.

Says it is a 3/18. Manual is totally wrong, I'll let LG know so they can have Jack fix it hopefully before they start printing manuals.

You mean 3/16 ID or 3/8 ID?

I just checked the old original black rubber I took out of my WOZECLE from when I changed to Titans and it is PL rubber.

Quoted from Bud:

Finally got my DI! I still think I should have went with the standard but I just couldn't wait. I didn't think I wanted to spend the extra for basically just a lighted ramp, shaker powder coat and glass. After seeing it though I'm glad I didn't hold out. Really is a different pin from TH and WoZ. I was surprised to not see the bottom of the cabinet filled up!

I believe the etched back wall plastic and the 3D plastic at the theater are LE features as well. Also, the headphone system.

Quoted from DeeGor:

Not a big deal, but the bubble level was installed backwards.

You will need some bricks under the legs to level that game.

Quoted from PinMonk:

Is it on upside down or backwards left to right? The point in the center should be above his head. Here's a pic. Notice how it's not the same on both sides, so orientation matters.

In the picture it does appear that if you put it backwards the point on the far left side in the picture would be sticking out farther if put on the right (backwards).

Quoted from ngg:

this is how it sits currently when qed guy slides right

Can you adjust the trail to move a fraction by loosening the trail and then re-tightening?

Quoted from woody76:

I just ordered some thicker leg protectors to put on mine. I can see that if I let it go I could have some issues down the road possibly. I would assume JJP will add thicker protectors moving forward.

They could probably double up the protectors to get the legs farther from the cabinet.
