Since 1.5, I'm experiencing the ball coming out of the phone scoop at different speeds and hitting the right side bumper. Is anyone experiencing this issue? I tried bending the scoop a bit but it didn't solve the issue.

JJP recommended changing the speed out of the phone scoop. So, 15 seems to work for me instead of 20.

The reason you started seeing it with 1.50 is that the "full install" changed all values like that one back to their defaults; yours may well have been adjusted down at the factory to work better.
I adjusted mine down from the default 20 to 16 right after I unboxed it.
Yes. What's happening in the video is that the ball comes out so fast that it hits the underside of the wireform crossing the playfield, which causes the ball to change direction and get spin in unpredictable ways. It happened on ours as well, so we dialed down the speed to 16 or 17, I believe. As JWJr says, the setting was reset to 20 when you updated the software.
I think the issue is your cliffy, if it's V-1 the ball is nicking the side. I had mine replaced with V-2 and its perfect.

This happened to me, I pulled cliffy, cut the inside flaps off and now perfect.
