DI - Monkey Wrench Multiball - how to get jackpot?

Do you know how to get the jackpot from Monkey Wrench Multiball? As far as I understand, once it starts, you should shoot train#1 ramp and sneak past oscillating Betty's arm to get the jackpot. However, I cannot get the jackpot. It says "Attempts X, Made 0". Do I misunderstand the rule? I checked all 3 switches through the ramp (switches 59, 46, and 52) and left return lane switch 28, and they all work fine.

That is correct ... the ball must not be hitting one of the switches correctly needed to activate the jackpot.

Yes, i have had the same problem. If i trigger the switch with my finger or roll the ball slowly then it works fine. If it is in the game sometimes the speed of the ball doesnt trigger it cleanly. Adjust the angle of the switch or the switch arm.
