Quoted from rai:I just moved to Florida, I am not proficient in pinball repair, my friend in Maryland did all my repairs and I don't know anyone in my new area who owns or fixes pins.
Anyway I had my pins shipped down to Florida and were in storage for a few months and just now getting them set up, the only pin with a problem is my DILE.
First game, I hit start and no ball was ejected so I popped one up with my finger and was playing fine until it got to multi-ball when it never served any balls into play. I drained out and never served next ball. So I figured it was a ball trough issue I lifted the PF and everything looked OK, not sure what so I pushed in the electrical wires around the ball trough and everything looked ok.
I started the game and it said hit enter for report and when I did that it said Bluetooth dongle is missing. I have no idea what that is and never had the issue before, I looked around in the cabinet and the head didn't see anything but don't know where I am supposed to be looking.
So they I just want to see if the ball trough is working so I hit start and the start button doesn't work. It has lights just not working, I lift the PF again and look at the start button it looks OK all the wires are attached. Not sure what to do, I hit a wall.
Bluetooth dongle is usually plugged into the software update USB cable extension to the left of the coin box. It means nothing as to what's wrong with your game
Check on the interlock switches on the inside left of the coin door frame. Game power off, playfield up and make sure none of the wires have fallen off their lugs.
