• Only twenty four (24) players will be able to play the event on a league night, if there is greater interest another night will open and will play on the same week. (ie. Div 1: Tuesdays, Div 2: Thursdays)
• The top eight (8) point totals will be counted to your overall standing, in other words you will be able to drop your two (2) league event lowest scores.
• A year end league circuit final in November will be played to determine the overall winner in each division.
• IFPA world ranking points will be given for each event.
• Prizing will be awarded for both A/B divisions.
There will be ten (10) league events in the calendar year. Each event, players will play two (2) rounds of four (4) machines (eight (8) total games each night) in four (4) player or less groups. Both rounds will count and will be added to your total ranking score for each machine. We will use the normal tournament scoring format to score you points from 100 – 0 for each machine. Regular season points will be awarded from 50 – 0 or 100 - 0 all depending on how you rank on that given day. The total regular season points will determine who the top 16 and move ahead to the league final. If you are the winner in any of the 10 league events you automatically qualify for one of the top 16 final spots. For those that do not make the top 16 they will be placed into the B side to determine the winner of that division.
For those that are interested, please email [email protected], there will be a meeting scheduled on Thursday, February 19, 2015 @ 7:00 PM to take registration fees and discuss the format and rules for league play and the league final.
This format is for all skill types and individuals who just want to play pinball in a competitive setting but it is limited to those that are 18 years and over.
