I have encountered all of these issues! I havent sprayed paints yet, only brush application and clear over. To hide any orange peel look or low areas that requires some sanding in between coats and using a thinner or additive to allow the first coat to evenly distribute. I wish I could afford sending them to a pinball clearcoat service but here in Eugene I have had to work with a painter experimenting with products and issues with waxed playfields. Good luck!
