OK what pin number wire on A12J4/P4 is burnt. I have the general system 80 manual and a Volcano manual. I need the pin number to troubleshoot.
Also when checking the fuses, did you remove them from the holder? You should remove fuses before you test them.

Agreed +42 is too high at 62 VDC but that 42 VDC voltage is for the small display only.
