Call me cheap if you like, I would not spend 3k for a pin with a cabinet that bad. It clearly has seen a lot of action on route with the scoop wear that will have to be repaired before cliffies go on and the cabinet holes and chunks missing below the coin door. It is going to need other repairs under the hood to be sure.

I'm just finishing up a routed JP and the repairs have been epic so perhaps I'm a bit biased at the moment but that looks like a 2k pin. Stripping down the cabinet alone, repair and repaint plus a set of bootleg decals to cosmetically look right is going to take some time.
