Hello. You may have seen my old most about receiving a MMR game from Make-A-Wish. Well it came today! I was really excited today to play with my family, until I realized that the destroy castle or ball lock is not working. The drawbridge and gate go up and down when they are supposed to. However, whenever the ball is shot into the castle, no animation or action happens and the ball just comes out through the left lane. The gate stays open and the drawbridge stay down as well no matter how many times you shoot the ball into the castle. My other problem is that when the ball is shot through the hole in the left wall in the castle, it doesn't register as a ball lock. It just shoots out the left lane like when the ball is hit into the castle. Neither feature has worked once since I played the game for the first time. I hope someone can help me with my problem and respond too. By the way, the game is the limited edition version and someone set up the game for us while I was not there. I do not know if something was set up wrong or what. Please respond asap if you can help. Thanks!
