I've never looked into Pinball Creator much since it doesn't really focus on realism. None of the models offered by default appear to match real-life components. The ramps in particular look really wonky to me. Still though, could be worth messing with, especially since it runs out of Unity and every aspect of it can probably be tweaked to your liking.
I've messed around with Future Pinball for years, and where it lacks in physics, it excels in easy to use design tools. It also has a ton of accurate models of common pinball components which is awesome. Over the past several years I've dabbled around with quite a few design ideas in Future Pinball, a couple of which have become full fledged playfields that I would love to turn into full games some day as I have themes and rulesets in mind for them. (Likely not in Future Pinball, as the software is admittedly growing more and more outdated as time goes on). Here's a couple screenshots of my favorite designs I've made:
