Actually Jack in the Box might be a good choice. It is a great game and on a desert island the backglass might provide other "needed" entertainment.

The desert island scenario assumes a generator and unlimited supply of fuel is available along with repair tools and a crate that includes every part in Steve Young's warehouse.
Jack in the Box if you have multiple players.
C37, Outer Space, Paul Bunyan, Atlantis and 2001 also come to mind.
