Recently got a Demolition Man up and running. The left trigger does not work. The button on the top of the left handle works, but not the trigger. I've done a switch test and the trigger does not register. Thoughts?

You're going to have to investigate that switch. If the wiring looks good into the handle, you need to pull it off and crack it open. Might want to just replace it if you're going that far...get a new switch with many more clicks in before terminating.

Open up the trigger handle, attempt to manually operate the switch mechanism (the little metal lever) when in "Switch Edges" mode under the test menu. If it registers, then the plastic trigger piece wasn't making good contact with the lever. A little bending may fix.
If the metal lever does not register, then either the switch or the wiring is bad (probably the switch, TBH). The switches are super cheap.
