Title says it. Ill turn it off and on and it will blow every once in awhile.Is for Solenoid secondary. Also when I turn the machine on the flippers sometimes flip and stay.

Together with your other topic (attached below), you might think that something is wrong with the 'blanking'-signal.
Flipper coils and maybe other solenoids getting activated all at the same time.
Try re-seat all ribbon cables

Just pull them and reconnect them firmly into place.

If machine doesn't blow fuses and flippers stay down during startup, it might have worked.
If not, something else causes the fuses to blow.
