Together with your other topic (attached below), you might think that something is wrong with the 'blanking'-signal.
Flipper coils and maybe other solenoids getting activated all at the same time.
Try re-seat all ribbon cables

Does reseat mean buy new or redo the connections on the boards? I didn't think one would have anything to do with the other.

Just pull them and reconnect them firmly into place.

If machine doesn't blow fuses and flippers stay down during startup, it might have worked.
If not, something else causes the fuses to blow.
