This is what I need. Where does this green/purple wire go? It's on the far right. Does it go onto the 4th (far right) switch?

Yes, connect it to the yellow wire

Funny detail, my first post on Pinside was in a topic of yours, and was also with a picture. Already 1.5 year ago.

And looking better to this picture, I see some solder cracks at the lampsockets. Easy re-solder them all now it's out of the machine.
