I am guessing alot of people on this website have the same problem that I have. Every time I post a question, I get alot of great answers but with alot of terms, abbreviations, and definitions of things I don't understand fully. Half the time I read the replies I am scratching my head trying to figure out what everyone is talking about in the reply. For example, one reply for my post said check the TIP. At the time I was not sure what a tip was or what it looked like? I guess they also can be called Triads by some. Didn't know that either.
I was wondering if anyone knows a resource on the web that is almost a dictionary for pinball repairs. It would be nice to see the names of each part with a brief description of what the part does. It could also include their "aka's", abbreviations, and even an actual photo.
Knowing the language would make it so much easier for us beginners to troubleshoot these machines. I think that is my biggest problem right now, though I am getting better! Thanks for the help!
