technically it's not home use only anymore because it was used outside of a home. Even tho is may get less play than it would at your house, it's technically not part of those guidelines. Just like all the games that are played at shows cannot be HUO anymore.
HUO has no bearing on actual condition anyway, doesn't mean shit in the grand scheme of things.
