I recently did a marathon of all 5 DW movies. There is some crazy stuff in there. 1 and 2 are always my favorites, although a bit of the stuff in there is excessive. I love the ending of DW2. And if you want to name Bronson movies, what one isn't great??? I also recently watched the original Magificent Seven, you have Yul Bruner, Steve McQueen, James Coburn, all these tough guys, and when Bronson shows up, he looks like he could squash any of them with his pinky finger. CB was BAD. ASS...

Quoted from o-din:

I really miss the days when the local independent TV stations had a whole week of Bronson movies in the evening. Now you are lucky to have them come on once in a blue moon and all the cable stations can play are the newer remakes over and over.
I know, there are DVDs and streaming now, but it is not as much fun.

Now they have Harry Potter marathons...

While he was getting up there in age I always enjoyed Kinjite forbidden subjects, always laughed my ass off when he makes that guy swallow that big ass watch, havent seen it in years so not sure how it holds up.

And when he "gifts" Eddie to that huge prison inmate at the end of the movie. Now that's justice.

Honestly most of his exploitation movies of the 70s and 80s are absolutely terrible but Once Upon a Time in the West is a bona fide classic. I also like the bareknuckle fight movie Hard Times filmed on location in New Orleans, I'd recommend that if you like tough guy flicks.

" Inside the men there were three bullets."

Once Upon a Time in the West top 5 best movies ever made...usually creeps in my top 3.

And why shouldn't it? I can only run these ideas up the flagpole. It is up to the rest of you to salute.

Bronson was a bad ass in his day. Can you believe he was in his 50's when he did the first Death Wish?

I know...I always thought he was at least 65!

Quoted from herbertbsharp:

You could seriously have 100's of call outs just from Death Wish 3.
"I tore it out"
"That means I get to violate your constitutional rights!"
"Lend me 5 dollars sucka!"
"He's dead! I'm glad he's deeead! That's the creep that stole my pocket book 3 weeks ago"
"Teeth"
and for attract mode
"Yo bitch come here I wanna eat you!"

A lovely attract mode line lol!!

Here is a nice picture from Charles Bronson from the french movie Adieu l'Ami (1968)
I've posted this already in the 'Pinball and Movies' Toppic.
The machine is a 1963 Williams Merry Widow.

I'm gonna guess that Mr. Bronson is not anti-pinball.
